Everything from offer 1 but this offer includes all building work.
We will:
Open up the chimney breast to create a recess.
Increase the width and height where necessary and where possible.
Install concrete lintels to support the chimney breast.
Install A1 rated fireboard to the inside of the fireplace opening ( can be painted with matt emulsion).
Supply a made to measure hearth in grey Indian stone or black Brazilian slate.
Patch plaster around the opening ready for decorating.
All work is carried out by qualified, insured HETAS engineers.
Please note – any unforeseen gas / electrical issues that were not visible on the quote are not covered in this price.
Any waste / rubble removal is not covered in this price, we will neatly bag all waste for the customer to dispose of, or fill a skip if provided ( 2 yard skip is recommended)
Kiln dried oak beams are available in a variety of colours from an additional £200
Brick and tiled chambers are available in various styles from £450
